Ultrasound is very useful in diagnosing tendon tears, such as tears of the rotator cuff in the shoulder or achilles tendon in the ankle.  Bleeding or other fluid collections within the muscles, bursae and joint can also be detected.

All of this allows us to accurately and quickly diagnose you and ensure you immmediately receive the right treatment for your injury.
